CHICKEN WINGS

– 5 lbs. chicken wings
– 1 cup flour
– 1/2 cup cornstarch
– 1 TBS salt
– 1/3 cup sugar
– 1/3 cup soy sauce
– 2 TBS toasted sesame seeds
– 6 stalks green onions (chopped)
– 2 eggs (beaten)
– 8 cloves of garlic (mashed and diced)

Toast sesame seeds in a pan until golden brown.  Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.  Rinse chicken wings and pat dry.  Combine chicken wings with mixed ingredients.  Let marinate for 3-4 days, stirring occasionally (do not marinate for more than 5 days).  Deep fry chicken wings until golden brown (around 15 minutes for each batch).  Serves 6-8 people.
